Christy Barbee
Trainer and facilitator

Restorative justice circles allow communities and their police departments or courts deal with crime and wrongdoing in a way that focuses on harm and needs--both for individuals and for the community.
Restorative practices give schools and organizations a  means for building community and deciding how to work together and improve.
A facilitator can help individuals and groups talk, listen, and find common ground without resorting to courts or other deliberative authorities.
I offer training and coaching to
  • Communities getting started with restorative justice
  • Schools and organizations seeking to use restorative practices
I am also available to facilitate discussions for government groups, neighborhoods, families, schools, and organizations
